Wedding Function - 22 January 2010
I write on behalf of Beth and I, to express our most
sincere thanks for the help and support given to us
by Marleen and her team during our wedding ceremony
and reception dinner held at the Lodge recently.
During the planning stages, and on the day, Marleen
was always most helpful in giving us ideas and
offering support. I personally am most grateful for
the assistance she gave in ensuring the elephant
photo shoot happened, as the weather during the week
prior
to the wedding was awful with rain on a daily basis.
The veld was drenched! But it happened.
We would also like to make mention of Sunny, and the
rest of the team. Whenever Marleen handed activities
over to Sunny he executed them to perfection, and
was also a model of discrete professionalism. You
have a wonderful team of service staff.
Lastly, may we mention chef Henk who helped us
arrange our menu? Not only did he promise us a meal
to remember, but he delivered on it too.
In closing, may I again thank Marleen for helping
make Beth and my day very special, just as we had
hoped it would be. She took all the pressure and
lead a special team. Our guests were most impressed
with the venue and function, from tip to toe.
May your resort grow from strength under the new
Askari branding.
